Instructions:
Submit the “Evaluation for Presenters” for each lecture you attended. You’ll only receive credits for the talks you evaluated.
After the live Course, submit the “Global Course Evaluation" Form. Make sure you evaluated all the talks you attended before you submit this form.
You will be able to download the CME certificate upon submission of both evaluation forms. You need to download the certificate by Nov 29, 2024 (23:59 EST) for the sessions you watched live as the on-demand Course will start that day.
